MARAS®

MARAS®, Turkey's first trademark database, was created by Ankara Patent in 1985 in order to provide trademark search, watch and monitoring services. Ankara Patent has added all trademarks registered since 1970 to MARAS®, all trademarks applied for and published since 1995 and also all international trademarks published in Turkey since Turkey's accession to the Madrid Protocol in 1999. It is possible with MARAS® to carry out search by using several criteria such as owner of the mark, date, number, its classes and figurative codes is also the only trademark database that makes it possible to carry out a device mark search.
